Partners

Parikh & Associates is a team of young and dynamic designers headed by two visionary partners Mukul Parikh (a Structural designer) & Pramod Parikh (an Architect) who started with their profession with small housing & industrial shed projects in and around Sangli.

Worked with M/s. Structwel Designers & Consultant Pvt. Ltd., Bombay for three years as a Structural designer.

Working as a structural designer since 1991. Completed the major works of four spinning Mills & major heavy industrial foundry sheds & 3 Sugar Factories & wind mill components factory to the credit.

  • Permanently registered with Director of Sugar & Federation of Spinning Mills as consultants for Civil works.
  • Registration No. of Director of Sugar – OCAS/COCE : 94.

  • Has completed many housing schemes commercial malls, institutional buildings, educational buildings & campus development & working on affordable housing projects for government & in private.
  • Awarded as Outstanding Architect of Year 2000 by Engineers’ & Architects’ Association, Sangli.
  • Received AICA (Artist in Concrete Award) Year 2014-15 for Residential Project Raj Mansion, Nandni.

Raj Mansion – Nandani, Jaysingpur

The main design intention was to create a palatial residence by giving it a traditional touch Raj Mansion is an example of palatial nut contemporary architecture. The design elements like the grand entrance, the laampost, and the landscape talk about the fusion of contemporary and palatial architecture. FOAID Architecture Ideas 4.0 – 2018

The aim of this competition is to give a platform to India’s young and upcoming Architects and Interior Designers, a chance to showcase their talent. It is also an attempt at creating a meaningful platform that would benefit all the stakeholders. The Outline & Structure Brief will be provided with the objective to bring out talent & creativity from Young Design Enthusiasts. A brief will be sent upon registration to the Participants. A 5 senior member jury will be shortlisted for the top 10 designs and then the shortlisted designs will be adjudged further by the Jury Members. The winners will be awarded during the Architecture Ideas 4.0 awards on Day 2 of the festival along with an opportunity to display their Projects in the Design Arena.
